General Terms
- Payment is made by Bank transfer:
- 40% upon Booking
- 40% up to 15 days before the experience
- 20% up to 3 days before the experience
- Booking is considered active when we receive 40% of the total payment for the experience.
- All prices demand a 45 days period between the booking and the experience:
- Booking between 45 and 30 days: 10% increase (subject to availability)
- Booking between 30 and 15 days: 25% increase (subject to availability)
- Booking between 15 and 7 days: 50% increase (subject to availability)
- All payments are non-refundable
- If we find that some or all of the conditions for a healthy and secure getaway are not met, we are free to refuse such programs, packages, activities or tours. Due to lack of conditions or security, no refund will be made.
- If the client’s conduct is not up to standard, we feel free to cancel any or all events associated with the program, package, activity or tour. Due to misconduct, no refund will be made.
